The Indianapolis Colts couldn’t play the best without Manning as the quarterback. Before the season started, Kerry Collins seemed to have the offense in control but still the flow couldn’t provide them the victory. A year for the football world without Manning altered the course of the AFC South Division also. In the last eight years, Manning guided the team to win the AFC South but this time it is being relinquished by the Houston Texans.

Houston Texans won the AFC South already and they are battling for the best record in the AFC. Notwithstanding the fact that there are many teams fighting for a bye week, this includes the Texans. What bothered most for the Texans is their quarterback problem. Losing Matt Schaub and backup Matt Leinart for the season can affect the way they play their two remaining games including the playoffs.

In the previous game against the Carolina Panthers, the Houston Texans were overpowered, 28-13. We all know for sure that the Texans have the best defense in the league but it will suffer if there’s no offense at all.

TJ Yates completed 19 of 30 passes for 212 yards but no touchdown at all. He also threw two costly interceptions that destroyed their chances to stay in the game. It is a question for TJ Yates if he can deliver the passes or not. Backing up in the quarterback is Jake Delhomme and he might be taking some snaps if the Texans will have a wide gap in the fourth quarter.

The biggest weapon of the Texans the whole season is Arian Foster who extremely is being stretched out to deliver as the team needs him in the offense. In the previous game, Foster rushed 16 times for 109 yards including a touchdown run. He must keep on pushing the ball through the defense of the Colts for the the Texans to have a chance in getting this win.

On the other hand, the Indianapolis Colts prevented a possibly 0-16 season when they rallied last week agains the Tennessee Titans. Quarterback Dan Orlovsky connected 11 of 17 passes for 82 yards he drilled in the game changing touchdown in the third quarter. Orlovsky can make the difference again in this game and that he can lift up his team for another victory.

Numbers filled in when Donald Brown accumulated 161 yards on the ground as he rushed 16 times. He also ran for a 80 yard touchdown in the fourth quarter that sealed the game against the Titans.
