One of the resorts that attracted thousands of people in Pangasinan is the Puerto del Sol which is found in the town of Bolinao. It’s just 10 minutes away from the town proper.
The place has caught the attention of many for their extensive advertising campaign. It was even featured in GMA 7 several years ago. I was one of the people who are captivated and I was so happy to be there. Yes, when you are looking for a wonderful get away, you can try the white sand in Bolinao. You can also see the sunset image below .
You can have a night swimming also through the pool.
Puerto del Sol is one of a kind yet I don’t agree with what they advertise on TV about the beach. In the Puerto del Sol’s area, the beach is not advisable for swimming. The water is not fresh and the sands underneath the water isn’t good at all. An alternative is the wonderful swimming pool below.

Puerto hasnice swimming pool, but i would rather go to Abagatanen beach,(cove) the original untouchable place, featuring white sand, pleasant soroundings, excellent for swimming, picnic or just simply want to scape from busy polluted town or city.

Puerto del sol is neat and clen resort with nice swimmingpool but the beach as mentioned is not advisable for swimming somewhat muddy and the water is not crystal clear at all full of stones–can’t be barefooted strolling..Just go to the nearby Patar beach–neat and clean–about 5 minutes from the resort and splash in those three nearby caves with bottled -water like water in them–nice to swim and splash inside the cave.

Puerto del Sol is a nice place from the inside of the resort but the beach itself is not suitable for swimming. It is muddy, rocky and full of seaweeds but the view is a site to sea. The inside of the resort is beautiful and relaxing……

Puerto del Sol is a nice place from the inside of the resort the beach itself is suitable for swimming specialy if you have kids traveling with you . . . the beach has soft and golden fine sand . . . . my kids enjoyed swimming at the beach and kiddie pool . . i enjoyed the hot bubbling jacuzzi . . . . the tourist spots of bolinao is perfect . . . you should stay for at least 2 night to enjoy its beauty . . ..
