My sister opened an account yesterday at Washington Mutual Bank. After they get all her information she was asked if she wants to apply for a credit card. The application now is being process and she have to wait for a couple of weeks.

Today in all the banks have credit card offers. When the person is not qualified of a unsecured card, the bank has an alternative which is called secured credit card. In using secured credit card you have to deposit your money to the card and you use your own money through that secured credit card.
