Week ten and nothing short of a hurricane can save this season right? Wrong. It finally got interesting and this had to be the best episodes this season. First Alex and Mookie sort of get into it because Alex believes they should rotate the idol between the four horsemen. Mookie wasn’t too keen on that idea (surprise there) but he was also still pissed off at Dreamz for voting off Michelle because as Mookie saw it, Dreamz just basically screwed them.
The reward challenge is another quiz challenge where the ones with correct answers smash symbols representing each contestant. Once a contestant loses all there symbols they’re out of the challenge. Cassandra upstaged everyone by winning the challenge. As reward, she got to choose three tribe members and they were whisked off to a luxury yacht. After choosing Dreamz, Boo and Yau-Man she also selected Mookie to go back to Exile Island.
Dreamz said he was torn between which alliance to support, but when Cassandra and Earl confronted him because Earl didn’t completely trust him, Dreamz offered up that Mookie had the immunity idol in an effort to gain some trust.
During the immunity challenge, each contestant had to stand between two poles with only small footholds as perches. Every 30 minutes they had to step down to smaller footholds. Yau-Man won the immunity challenge.
The next series of events have to be one of the best plays in Survivor history and Dreamz has to be one of the stupidest players ever. Because the four horsemen feel that Alex is being targeted Mookie gives up the idol. Their exchange isn’t so seret as Dreamz happens to see it and tells his other alliance who decide to vote for Mookie instead. Stacey later comes up with the idea to take them completely off guard by voting for Edgardo, but not telling Dreamz. Figuring if he way lying they’d still have numbers and either way the four horsement would be thrown off.
At tribal council things played out just as they planned. Fearing he would be voted of, Alex played the immunity idol, and the alliance of Cassandra, Earl, Yau-Man, Boo & Stacey voted for Edgardo. All four, including Dreamz who’s now out in the cold with both alliances, were visibly surprised ad Edgardo becomes the tenth person voted off Survivor Fiji.
Jeff Probst also noted the idol would be rehidden and new clue would be left on Exile Island.
