Incredible. Amazing. Indescribable. What an incomparable first half of the Super Bowl 2012 as Tome Brady rallied his team to be back in the ball game by pulling off the right plays in that 96 yards 14 plays that ended a touchdown pass to Danny Woodhead at the end of the second quarter.

Giants stopped the Patriots in the next series and Eli Manning orchestrated nine plays for 78 yards that included that two yard touchdown pass to Victor Cruz.

The Giants had the first possession of the game yet the Patriots were unwilling to give up the points as they sacked Manning twice in the first series. It was the punt of Weatherford the pinned down the Patriots inside the five yard line. In the consequent play, Brady called for intentional grounding while at the endzone the eventually ruled a safety.

Wes Welker already caught four passes for 42 yards while Aaron Hernandez has 40 yards in five receptions. As far as Rob Gronkowski is concerned, he has a 20 yard catch that surprised the defense of the Giants. Adding up the offense of the Patriots is Deion Branch with 20 yards in a reception.

For the New York Giants, Mannings primary receiver is Hakeem Nicks with 42 yards in two receptions. Also Ahmad Bradshaw does everything on the field as he rushed for 44 yards and caught two passes for 19 yards.

For the Giants, the pass rushers are always active as they completely hovering on the Brady. This is a tense moment for all the teams as they enter the second half almost tied.

When it comes to the Patriots defense. It is evident that they played extremely amazing shutting down the Giants in the second quarter. This is a gridiron match that the Patriots and Giants have to continue in the second half.
